Otprilike 1-2% djece iskusi odbijanje \u0161kole. Postanu jako uznemireni zbog mogu\u0107nosti odlaska u \u0161kolu i imaju dugotrajne izostanke. Djeca bi mogla odbijati i\u0107i u \u0161kolu zbog straha od neuspjeha, obitelji koja se pretjerano za\u0161titni\u010dki pona\u0161a ili je mo\u017eda netko u obitelji bolestan, zbog mogu\u0107eg zlostavljanja u \u0161koli ili pak pritiska da moraju posti\u0107i odli\u010dan uspjeh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti ako va\u0161e dijete ne \u017eeli i\u0107i u \u0161kolu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovakvim slu\u010dajevima \u010desto se primjenjuje <a href=\"https:\/\/kognitivno-bihevioralna-terapija-akm.hr\/kognitivno-bihevioralna-terapija\/\">kognitivno bihevioralna terapija<\/a> za poticanje opu\u0161tanja, suo\u010davanje s tjeskobnim mislima i podr\u0161ku u postepenom izlaganju strahu. Roditelji su tako\u0111er uklju\u010deni u terapiju zbog pomo\u0107i u strategijama podr\u0161ke povezanim sa \u0161kolom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to sve mo\u017eete u\u010diniti ako va\u0161e dijete odbija i\u0107i u \u0161kolu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Zatra\u017eite pomo\u0107<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160kole i roditelji \u010desto \u010dekaju da problem bude duboko ukorijenjen prije nego \u0161to ne\u0161to poduzmu. Recite mu npr: \u201cRazumijem da je i\u0107i u \u0161kolu te\u0161ko. Imajte rutine za dane koji nisu u \u0161koli<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Napori da se potakne poha\u0111anje \u0161kole djeteta \u010desto su ometeni pozitivnim poticajima za ostanak kod ku\u0107e. Npr. kod ku\u0107e mogu du\u017ee spavati, provoditi dan opu\u0161taju\u0107i se i gledaju\u0107i TV, igraju\u0107i igrice, plus mogu dobivati vi\u0161e pa\u017enje od strane roditelja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako dijete ne ide u \u0161kolu, uspostavite ku\u0107nu rutinu sli\u010dnu \u0161koli: ustanite i obucite se do vremena \u0161kole, ograni\u010dite pristup televiziji i internetu, ograni\u010dite vrijeme jedan na jedan s roditeljem, smanjite aktivnosti izvan ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Uklju\u010dite i ostale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postavite jasna o\u010dekivanja svima: roditeljima ostale djece, \u0161koli i svim drugim uklju\u010denim stru\u010dnjacima, poput lije\u010dnika op\u0107e prakse va\u0161eg djeteta. U \u0161koli se ta djeca \u010desto javljaju u\u010diteljima s bezbrojnim fizi\u010dkim tegobama kao \u0161to su glavobolje i bolovi u trbuhu, a sve to je vrlo vjerojatno povezano s <strong>tjeskobom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
